Quinton Ellis, Career Development Coordinator at Konnect Wellness Center and Steps to Recovery Homes, brings a unique blend of experience, dedication, and compassion to his role. Raised in southeastern New Mexico with an agricultural background, Quinton’s strong work ethic and commitment to community were evident early on.
As an alumnus of Steps to Recovery Homes, Quinton understands firsthand the transformative power of quality care. His personal journey through recovery fuels his passion for helping others, and he is dedicated to providing the same level of support and guidance that he once received.
Currently pursuing a Bachelor of Science in Business at Yavapai College, Quinton combines his education with five years of hands-on experience in addiction treatment to support clients in their recovery journeys. As a Behavioral Health Technician (BHT) and Peer Support Specialist (PSS), he empowers individuals to recognize their potential, align with their purpose, and build fulfilling lives.
In addition to his work in addiction recovery, Quinton is an avid rodeo competitor, practicing and competing in his free time. His resilience and discipline in both his personal and professional life inspire those around him.
Under the leadership of Damien Browning, Quinton plays a key role in managing the Miracles Happen Resale Store – Boutique Rehab, where proceeds support the mission of recovery at Steps to Recovery Homes. Quinton’s unwavering dedication creates a positive ripple effect, helping clients embrace their potential and achieve lasting change.
